Cancellations

Bookings will require a credit card to hold appointment.

BookingsAs courtesy to other clients and our team members, please give us a 24 hour notice of cancellation to avoid a 50% charge.

Our cancellation policies and procedures are as follows:

  • To avoid charges, please honour our 24 hour advance notice cancellation policy.
  • Clients who wish to change or cancel their appointment are kindly requested to provide 24 hours notice.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will attract a fee of 50% of the service to their credit card.

 

So please make sure you are able to make your appointment at the time of booking to avoid these fees.
