Arrival

If this is your first day spa visit, just let the receptionist know when you arrive. They are very accustomed to first-time guests and we understand perfectly that you may have many questions.

If this is your first visit to a day spa, we will provide more detailed information, designed to answer any questions you may have about etiquette, nudity, and other aspects of your selected treatment.

We will also ask you to complete a questionnaire on your first visit to provide us with medical and contact information, so please arrive 10 minutes early to give us time to complete this.
