New Skin Clients

If that's your first time visiting us or you haven't seen Marina for more than 12 months, you can either book in a Skin Consultation or our Skin Reset Facial, Your First Facial.  
Our Skin Reset Facial is the perfect first step towards healthier, more confident skin. We will discuss goals and begin with a customised facial designed to reset and strengthen your skin’s foundation and target your skin concerns.  It includes our famous extractions of blackheads and whiteheads, if needed.


It also includes a 15-minute skin analysis, where we take the time to truly understand your concerns, goals, and what your skin needs right now.


Depending on your needs, Marina will recommend a tailored treatment plan, which may include a complete 4 to 6-month skin transformation program, advanced treatments, a personalised skincare routine, and ongoing support via WhatsApp and in-person. 
We offer flexible payment options, allowing you to invest in your skin with ease

Cancellation policy

To secure your booking we require a deposit equal to 30% of services booked. Deposits are payable at the time of booking through our online booking system, or alternatively, by bank transfer or in person at clinic.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please text or call us on 0423916108, 48hrs prior to your appointment. In case of cancellation with less than 48 hours notice, the deposit paid will be forfeited and not refundable.

Any cancellations made prior to 48hours of your appointment time, can be rescheduled and your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment time. The rescheduled appointment must be made within 6 months of your original appointment date, failing to do so will result in your deposit being non-refundable and another deposit will need to be paid when you reschedule your appointment. 

 

If you are using a gift voucher 30% of the voucher will be charged if the cancellation is received with less than 48hrs notice.

If you have a prepaid package, you will have your full session forfeited if canceled with less than 48hours notice

Our booking system offers an email reminder 2 days before your appointment.

 If you arrive late to your appointment the therapist will work until your allocated time has finished. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate you, in this case, the deposit will be forfeited and non-refundable.

In case of no-show, the full amount of all services booked will be charged to your credit card
